Every single person deserves connection.

Kindness is the key!

We are hurting.

We’re disconnected from ourselves, and our bodies and minds are suffering because of it.  We’re disconnected from others. Lonely. Isolated. Struggling to be together to the point of global crisis.

Kindness is not nice. It’s necessary.

We are wired to connect to others. Kindness is the key to making those connections happy and healthy. (In fact, it’s been scientifically proven to improve both your emotional and physical well-being!)

Kindness is how you heal yourself.

Kindness is how you heal your relationships.

Kindness is how we heal the world.

It can be hard to be kind.

We’re taught to value achievement over others, lost in a hurricane of fast-paced lifestyles and technology obsession, political and cultural division, all of which are barriers to giving and receiving kindness.

People think you have to feel better to do better. In fact, the opposite is true.

(And we’ve got the data to prove it!)

We CAN learn how to be comfortable expressing  kindness.

We CAN overcome barriers to expressing kindness.

We CAN immediately feel the effects of kindness in our bodies.

And above all, we can  have FUN doing it!

Kindagious is leading the charge to unleash the power of kindness through community, teamwork, fun and play.

... absolutely one of the most fun and uplifting team-building events I've encountered. Not only did we have a great time, we came away with first-hand experiences of how kindness builds trust and engagement in our communities!

“A magical feel-good experience.”

The magic happened when we hit the streets and shared the positive messages, handed out flowers, gave free hugs, and wrote fun and positive messages on the sidewalk. We even had a few passer byers join in on the fun! This experience showed me how much kindness is needed, people appreciate it (although some were skeptical at first), and how good it feels to be the giver.

“An incredible experience I look forward to sharing!”

The Kindagious Quest was such an incredible experience for me.  It created a beautiful opportunity to spread kindness with others while continuing to strengthen the bond I had in my Quest participant group.  I look forward to bringing it to the schools and organizations that I work with.

“I left the Quest lighter, brighter, and happier than when I embarked.”

I had the opportunity to participate in a Kindagious Quest with a group of classmates . It was amazing to me how something so seemingly simple could really boost the mood and happiness of not only ourselves but perfect strangers as well. An unexpected result of our acts of kindness was how complete strangers joined in the cause. I loved seeing people catch the vision of what we were doing, let their guards down and join in. It was great to see how it made us reach outside ourselves and build social connection which has been said to  be is the... Those of us who participated in the Quest left the experience lighter, brighter and happier than when we embarked.

“An extraordinary experience!”

... One of the activities had us write kind words on the sidewalk with chalk. I saw a man walking down the sidewalk and I quickly wrote “You are loved” and walked away. The man stopped and read the message then came to me and said, “Thank you for the reminder.” Kindagious reminds people that kindness is of crucial importance to our daily lives.
